Tiger Safari – India
12 Days /11 Night
On the first day of your tiger safari, you will arrive at Jabalpur Airport or Railway Station, where you will be met by your guide or driver. From there, you will proceed to Kanha National Park, which is around 160 km away and takes around 4-5 hours to reach by road. Once you reach the park, you will check-in at your lodge or resort, and spend the rest of the day relaxing and acclimatizing yourself to the surroundings.
Over the next three days, you will spend your time exploring Kanha National Park, which is one of the largest tiger reserves in India. You will go on multiple safaris, both morning and evening, to explore the park and its wildlife, including tigers, leopards, Indian bison, and other animals. You can also visit the Kanha Museum, which showcases the biodiversity of the park, and the Bamni Dadar viewpoint, which offers stunning views of the park and its surrounding landscape.
On the fifth day, you will leave Kanha and proceed to Bandhavgarh National Park, which is around 250 km away and takes around 5-6 hours to reach. Once you reach Bandhavgarh, you will check-in at your lodge or resort, and spend the rest of the day at leisure.
Over the next three days, you will explore Bandhavgarh National Park, which is known for its high tiger density. You will go on multiple safaris to explore the park and its wildlife, including tigers, leopards, and Indian bison. You can also visit the Bandhavgarh Fort, which offers a glimpse into the region’s rich history and culture.
On the ninth day, you will leave Bandhavgarh and proceed to Corbett National Park, which is around 600 km away and takes around 11-12 hours to reach. Once you reach Corbett, you will check-in at your lodge or resort, and spend the rest of the day at leisure.
Over the next three days, you will explore Corbett National Park, which is known for its diverse flora and fauna. You will go on multiple safaris to explore the park and its wildlife, including tigers, leopards, and Indian elephants. You can also visit the Corbett Museum, which showcases the history and conservation efforts of the park. On the last day, you will depart from Corbett and proceed to Delhi, where you will board your flight/train back home.
