Lemur Land Adventure Safari

Upon arrival at Ivato International Airport in Antananarivo, you will be met by your guide who will transfer you to your hotel. Depending on your arrival time, you can explore the city and visit local markets to experience the vibrant Malagasy culture.
After breakfast, depart for Andasibe-Mantadia National Park, which is a 3-hour drive from Antananarivo. On arrival, take a short walk to the Indri lemur forest to observe the largest lemur species in their natural habitat. Later in the day, visit the Vakona Private Reserve to see more lemurs, including the diademed sifaka and black-and-white ruffed lemur.
Spend the day exploring the park, which is home to a variety of lemur species, including the common brown lemur, bamboo lemur, and Eastern woolly lemur. In addition to lemurs, the park is also home to a wide range of bird species and reptiles, such as chameleons and geckos.
In the morning, hike to the beautiful Rianasoa waterfall, where you can take a refreshing swim. Afterward, take a nature walk in the Mantadia section of the park, which is known for its stunning rainforest landscapes and diverse wildlife, including the elusive diademed sifaka and the red-bellied lemur.
Drive to Antsirabe, a city known for its thermal springs and handicrafts. Along the way, stop at local villages to interact with the friendly locals and observe their way of life. In Antsirabe, visit local workshops to see the traditional crafts, such as silk weaving and zebu horn carving.
On the sixth day of your Lemur Land Adventure Safari, you will start your journey to Ranomafana National Park. After reaching the park, you will have breakfast and meet with your guide for a full day trekking experience. Ranomafana National Park is a dense rainforest covering an area of 161 square miles, and it is home to several species of lemurs, reptiles, and birds. The park is also famous for its hot springs, which are believed to have healing properties.
During your trek, you will have the chance to spot different types of lemurs, including the golden bamboo lemur, the greater bamboo lemur, and the red-bellied lemur. You will also observe other wildlife species such as chameleons, frogs, and birds. Your guide will provide you with information about the flora and fauna of the park and the conservation efforts being made to protect it.
After the trek, you will return to your accommodation for dinner and overnight stay.
On the seventh day, you will continue your adventure in Ranomafana National Park. After breakfast, you will start a guided tour to explore the park’s natural and cultural wonders. You will visit the local communities surrounding the park to learn about their customs and traditions. The local guide will explain the traditional farming methods and how the people coexist with nature.
After the cultural tour, you will head back to the park to experience the natural beauty of the forest. You will visit different areas of the park, such as the Namorona River, the Valohoaka waterfall, and the hot springs. During the tour, you will have the chance to see more lemurs and other animals in their natural habitat. Your guide will also provide information about the various plants and trees found in the park.
In the evening, you will return to your accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay.
After breakfast, transfer to Antananarivo for your departure flight.
